We currently offer shipping within the United States. In the colder months in states with very low temperatures, it is suggested that you purchase a heating pack to go in your box (these will be in the shop when the time comes). Shipping costs will be added to the invoice total.

 

Returns or exchanges will only be offered for items that arrive damaged or broken and we must be informed of the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt to be able to offer a return or exchange. Returns must be shipped back within 3 days to proceed with refund/exchange. We pride ourselves on quality and hope that no items arrive damaged but offer the option just in case!
